What I did was to reset everything and start from the beginning. I deleted all the installed driver's on one of the PC's. Reset all the settings on the printer. And did the connection from the start. Installed the latest driver and set up all the correct settings on the plotter. Afterwards I created a custom page setup for the sizes that my client prints. And everything worked fine. I copied the same procedure on the other 7 Mac's and all sorted.
About Printer Drivers: You will need to know the operating system you are running on your computer in order to install the correct driver. Designjet Printer drivers are different for Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 etc - even for the same printer. Mac operating systems require different printer drivers as well. If you cannot find your Designjet plotter listed below, or if the HP driver does not support your current operating system then please contact us directly for free advice on 01256 783390 or email sup...@hpplotter.co.uk
I installed another plotter using HP DesignJet UPD PCL3 Driver (win-x64-pcl3-drv.zip from -en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-designjet-t120-printer/5263073/swItemId/pl-219641-2 page).
