Aristotelian gravity vs, modern gravity

Does anyone know of any papers taking about the Aristotelian gravity, and revising it for modern a understanding? Particularly if the end to which things are moving is not the center of the universe, then what is the end of this motion, and why does it increase when more matter is present?
