Our local paper has a full page article on QuadZilla and Dennis DeLong

Today's Sunday D&C has two articles and pics ( full page, last page of
the Sports section ) on Dennis DeLong, my QuadZilla ultra event, and
ultracycling in the FLX. Also, in the second article Dennis has a pic
of his secret training regiment - towing his 2 year old grandson -
too cute.
