Did you activate the "Use wired connection for pro controller"?

I did. Still nothing seemed to register with the Switch 2

I just ran into the same issue. It seems the setting is about using the Switch 2 Pro Controller over USB. I think that the Quadstick acts like a USB Pro 1 controller and unfortunately on this Nintendo Support page on backward compatibility it says

• Can be used by pairing wirelessly to a Nintendo Switch 2 console.

• Can be charged by connecting it to the Nintendo Switch 2 dock via a USB cable.

So I am nervous that it only supports a wireless connection for the Pro 1 to act as a controller.  Hope we can find a solution.

The USB adapter makers, like Cronus, Brook, and Mayflash will be on it.  It is too large a market for them to ignore.

Apparently 8bitdo already published a beta firmware that makes controllers work again already.
Issue is, it's apparently for their bluetooth controllers. This is probablyachieved by simply having the controllers be seen as a Pro Controller 2 just by name, that' my speculation.

Fred wold be useful to yu if I sent you the 8bitdo beta firmware?
Reason I'm asking is I feel maybe it could help discovering if all that is needed is just a mere name change

As far as I know, there is no way to connect a Quadstick to an 8-BitDo adapter.  They are a Bluetooth controller to USB console converter.  The Quadstick is a USB controller.  The Bluetooth adapter in the Quadstick does not emulate any brand name controller and is not 8-BitDo compatible.

It might be possible to connect a Console Tuner Titan 2 with the Bluetooth expansion pack (assuming any are for sale anywhere), or a Cronus Zen's bluetooth to console connection through an 8-BitDo device, but that is a lot of moving parts and I don't see any forum posts on their sites regarding the topic.

If 8-BitDo generated a work-around within a day, I expect the others will have something shortly.

Okay I'm back from my personal hell after our discussion above.
Apparently Mayflash devices work on Nintendo Switch 2 specficaly in red mode, not the purple one. I ordered Magic NS 2 to verify the claim and will arrive next week so if any of you got a Mayflash from Quadstick's shop, please try using it in red mode, otherwise I'm doing it myself next week to see f it can work even using a Titan One acting as a Xbox 360 and then inserted into the Mayflash tobe seen as a Switch controller (which would allow the usage of eyetracking alongside the Quadstick, too, which is my current setup).

Considering the Mayflash Magic X does work with the Quadstick and features a red led Switch mode as well, I believe it might help playing with Switch 2 until a other USB adapter manufacturers (praying for ConsoleTuner so hard there) catch up and make it work natively.

Update number 2:

While I still didn't test my Titan One since my Switch 2 arrives on monday, on Reddit, someone already tried the Titan Two instead and it does work.

Just adding this in case any of you have a Titan Two around from before.

Great news that the Titan Two works. Will be eager to hear Monday whether your Titan One works as well before going to purchase one. Is there hope for Quadstick to support Switch 2 with a native profile, or should we expect that some adapter like the Titan will always be needed?
