error when i modify spreadsheet

when im done modifying spreadsheet i go to download it to qmp i get this error 

Error in csv_files_dropped: IOError(13, 'Permission denied')

Searching the forum for previous messages with that text seems to show something is blocking the flash drive on the quadstick from being written.

First, try to back up the CSV files on your Quadstick to your computer before doing anything else.

Send in a debug report and I'll be able to give you a list of your spreadsheets and preference settings.  I'll paste instructions below.

Changing the firmware version will cause the flash drive to be reformatted as part of the process and that might clear things up.  Try updating the firmware.

If that is not successful, you can force the flash drive to reformat directly:  https://erase.quadstick.com  Then copy the previously backed up CSV files back to the Quadstick.

How to send in a debugging report with QMP:

1. Plug the Quadstick into the PC
2. Start QMP
3. Wait 20 seconds
4. Perform the operation that is giving you trouble.
5. Click in the Transcript pane at the bottom of the window.
   
6. Press F1 key
7. Answer prompt to send in the debugging report
8. EXIT QMP.  Ignore any error message.
   
9. Send me an email so I know to go look for the report.
