I just posted an update to the QSX test program that will allow a Quadstick running the current firmware (2328) to be used by PC games that are XBox 360 controller compatible.

Prior to running it, ViGEmBus must be installed.   If you have been using X360CE V4.x that has already been done.  If you have not been using X360CE V4.x, you can install it directly from the author's github repository.

At this point ONLY 64 Bit systems are supported.  32 bit systems will not run it.

This update should work with the Quadstick running in USB emulation modes 0, 2 or 4.   The Quadstick must be connected and in the desired emulation mode prior to starting the program.   If the Quadstick emulation mode is changed after the QSX program starts, the program will need to be restarted.

The EXE is digitally signed, but I would expect SmartScreen to complain about running it until it has "aged" for a while.

First you may see a message like this:

Click on More info, then Run anyway.   Expect it to be slow to start the first time as the Anti-virus software analyzes it.

One improvement, if possible, could we make the PS4 on boot checkbox read from a file on disk?
I think some of the scenarios, being able to switch back and forth, could be automated a little bit. I wrote a script on my side to start and stop the different scenarios as a pushbutton, but it doesn't modify QMP.
Alternatively, if that selection box had a shortcut key, I could probably automate QMP.

The QSX I posted yesterday will work with USB modes 0, 2 and  4, so you do not have to turn on PS4 boot mode.

Yeah, you hit a homerun with it. I used to be using the Xbox 360 CE, but that really was hard to use with constant restarts and inability to recognize the QS input some of the time. This is so much nicer, clean, quick, snappy!

Now I need to decide how to finally package it. 

I was thinking of adding QSX and QS4 functionality to QMP on a new tab.  Half the code is borrowed from QMP's CronusMax/Titan One PCPROG support anyway.

As much as you can do to either link to the manual or automate the flags will save you a lot of bandwidth on the forum and in discord. There are so many gamers now who are on different consoles, doing different scenarios with multiple connections.

im trying to use the quadstick as a controller on my pc for call of duty warzone and cant get it to work,

i followed above procedure do i need to do something in the QS manager like make new spredsheets

If you are running QSX, do not run QMP at the same time.

There is no XBox controller used for this.

The QSX program allows the Quadstick to appear as an XBox controller to a PC game.
