Broken sidetube

Hi Fred,

I broke a part on the quadstick—specifically, on the side tube. To put it simply, the section where the tube passes through the hose has broken, so I can’t replace the part because it seems to be glued in place, which means I can’t replace the hose.

Is it possible to buy the complete part? Or do you have a solution for fixing this?

Is it possible to buy it directly in Europe? To avoid the €100 shipping fee?

You may want to consider using a forwarding service, like myus.com or forwardme.com for saving money on shipping or dealing with companies that don't have international shipping.

You would need to create an account with them.  They would give you a US mailing address to which items purchased from US companies would be sent.

Services like MyUS will usually be cheaper than what I would need to charge for international postage.   Domestic shipping to the package forwarding service is $19.
