# Remote Play for QuadStick 

## As of 19/09/25, I tried it and it worked. Don’t forget to extract the folder (right-click on the folder and choose EXTRACT ALL)

I put a msi file, installer, and patcher together in a folder. I renamed them 1, 2, and 3 for the user-friendly install. Very straight forward. This is good second option to control your PS5. Failsafe, that is.

Download the zipped folder. Extract it (right click on it) to your Desktop/ Documents/ or Download folder. 

Open the RP4QS folder, you will see 3 items in it. 

Open the #1 file to start the “installer”.

Click “Yes” all the way, at a point where it might asks for a certain installer (#2 file) or skip this step if it didn’t ask for the #2. 

After RP installed, close RP, open the #3 (patcher folder).

Run the #1 (patcher script, Windows probably will warning you, click on the “more info” and then click on “run it anyway “) you should see that RP 5.5 is updated(patched) to RP 7.5. You’re done.

When RP asks you to update, DONT DO IT, cancel it and close RP. Run the patcher script (in the #3 folder, run the #1 )

To use RP, open the QMP (ps4 mode and virtual ds4 ticked) leave the QMP open and then choose your PlayStation profile. Turn your TV on and play. Using RP has few  advantages:FREE, 1 cable (instead of 2 cables)and able to use your PC and switch to your PlayStation(with the touchpad support )

I uninstalled my RP and reinstalled it from the RP4QS folder-works fine.

Im using Chiaki right now but it's super laggy, I can't even play

What version of Chiaki are you using?

I had choppy audio & pretty bad picture before I updated to version 2.1.1 and enabled cuda hardware decoding.

I was having this problem too, but what happened was, I updated the PS5 and I needed to start the console for the update to finish, then I could sign into PS Remote Play again.
