Looking to buy a quadstick fps controller (Help Plz)

I'm seeing the site says sold out but I'm hoping someone knows how to get one of these controllers for my pc because this would help me a ton since I'm a quadriplegic that loves gaming but is  very limited to what I can play!

Were you able to get a quadstick? I have one that Fred just repaired a few months ago and I haven't used it except to test it out. He said it is good for resale if you're interested.
