USB PC connection

Hello, 

I am having trouble connecting the quadstick to the PC. It recognizes the USB when plugged in but the quadstick mouse does not move. I have attempted multiple trouble shooting attempts. Does anyone have any experience with this?

It depends on what configuration file is running at power up.

If the quadstick is running as a game controller, then Windows will not do much with that.

Is this a new problem?  Was it working previously and then stopped working?

Is this a new quadstick?  Look in the box at the paperwork.  What configuration file is loaded at the default?

I can't associate your name or email with any order so I don't know what the initial set of configuration files were loaded in the memory.
