Shipping confirmation, shipping cost refund, and invoice request

Hi Fred,

I just wanted to let you know that I received an email confirmation saying that the products have been shipped.

As you already know, all three products were shipped together in one package. When I placed the orders, I paid shipping separately for each product because at that time they were not all available in stock at once.

Given that everything was ultimately shipped together in a single package, I wanted to kindly ask whether a portion of the shipping costs will be refunded.

Additionally, I wanted to ask if it would be possible to receive an invoice (PDF) for the purchased products. I need it for customs refund purposes in my country.
