mouthpiece questions

Howdy,

I have a few questions.

PTFE Hydrophobic syringe filter

1.  $2.00 for a single filter or does it come in a pack of 6 like the picture shows?
2.  Will shipping still be $18 if this is all I ordered?

Mouthpieces:

Both narrow & wide don't work for me... I need one that is in-between, with the hole's nipple sticking out more so I can grip the holes better with my lips. The left & right holes are almost flush on the mouthpieces, and I have a hard time using them because I can't get a good seal when sipping/puffing, air keeps getting in. 

Would it be possible to get the cad file?

I can modify/3D print a mouthpiece that will work for me.
