If you are trying to get that working with the Quadstick,  I would first try using QMP 4+ virtual controller with ViGEmBus in either XBox or DS4 modes.

You could also try the Quadstick natively in USB mode 1 (DS3) or 3 (XBox 360), but you will loose access to the mouse in both of those modes.

XInput is the XBox 360/XBox One family of controllers.
