Warframe controller set up

Does anyone play warframe with a gamepad set up instead of mouse and keyboard? I can't seem to get x360ce to work. I have Warframe downloaded through steam and I have x360ce saved in the game folder however I can't get my Xbox 360 controller profiles to work in game.

I just noticed that a couple times though I have saved x360ce into the game file yet when I close the window and come back to the game folder all the game files except the x360ce configuration settings are deleted including the x360ce program file. Does anyone know why that could be happening?

Nevermind I think I figured out. I just needed to change the files to read only.

My problem now is that my game keeps crashing either when I mute my Dragon NaturallySpeaking or when I try to open the options in the menu. Let me know how it works out for you and if you have any problems.

Well I had to go in and download the 32-bit version of x360ce into the folder and go into the settings of the warframe launcher and un-click the 64-bit mode to get it to work but again it crashed after a couple minutes. I think the game is too much for my computer processor or video card right now.

its the game ... this game actually uses very little gpu
