L3 a.k.a not respondingg and don't know why. Please help

L3 on myy Xbox series X is not responding and has not been for a while. The button should work when doing a left sip and center sip simultaneously  but they do not work for some reason. The lights come on for both left sip and center sip individually and work individually and when sipping them together, they both light up but theyy perform no action in game when they are supposed to and this is proven true with multiple games that I was able to play and use before. I use the Brooks super converter and any profile I use has the same problem with L3. Please help, I am at an impasse on metal gear solid three Delta

Plug the quadstick into a pc and go to this page in the browser:  https://greggman.github.io/html5-gamepad-test/

Left-center-sip should light up Button 10 on that page when running the Default Configuration.

If it does, the problem is down stream.  Make sure the Brook converter is not remapping any buttons.

Center sip is button 0 and left sip is button 4.
