Issue with mouse

Hello,

a friend of mine is using the quadstick and in addition a mouse. He can move a tiny bit of the mouse. But the problem is that in some games like Fortnite or Valorant the mouse movement isn't working. The mouse buttons are working, but the movement not. We tried like every Setting in the quadstick program. Does anyone have a solution for this?
