singleton help please

i have the singleton and im trying to connect it to my xbox one and i want to use it with XAC but when i connect it to the left joystick usb all the lights on the top of the singleton rapidly flash purple here is the profiles i have downloaded already any help would be greatly apperciated

The XAC needs to be running with a power supply when powering the Singleton.
