ultrastik e cronusmax

if I wanted to connect both the ps4 joystick and an ultrastik to the ps4 quadstick, could I do it with a cronusmax?

What role does the DS4 play?  Authentication only or were you planning on using it as second controller?

If you were planning on using all three devices (quadstick, ultrastik & DS4) as controllers, then a Console Tuner Titan Two would be the only way I know how to do that.   The CronusMax Zen, or CronusMax Plus, cannot use the authenticating controller for playing.  The Titan Two will allow both controllers to be used.  The Ultrastik would go into the back of the Quadstick.

No, I'd like to use the Quadstick as the left analog stick and the Ultrastick as the right analog stick. What connections should I make in this case? And would the DualShock 4 still be needed due to the interruptions? sorry for the delay but I've had a difficult two years, thanks

The DS4 is needed for "authentication" to avoid periodic interruptions.

Your setup would need to be as described previously.  US360 to Quadstick USB-A port.  Quadstick to Titan 2, input A.  DS4 to Titan 2, input B.  Titan 2 to PS4.

In the Quadstick, the PS4 USB mode, Titan Two flag, and USB-A Host mode settings must be turned on:
