Need Help For a Student

I work for a school and one of our students uses a quadstick. But everytime he moves rooms and replugs in the quadstick or even changing profiles it resets his mouse speed. They like a quicker mouse and its just inconvient to have to go in and save his prefrences everytime in order to speed his mouse up. We went into the pref.csv excel sheet and changed his mouse speed down to 100 because it was set at 250. But when they going into the quadstick manager program and go to misc and change his mouse speed back up to 250 and it changes in the excel sheet to and doesnt save when he moves classes. Im going to go into his default excelsheet later today. And look for the prefrences tab on it as ive found that this could also be where the issues are. Just looking for any help as to why its happening. I was not the one to orginally set it up so thisd is all new to me.

Send in a debugging report with QMP:

1. Plug the Quadstick into the PC
2. Start QMP
3. Wait 20 seconds
4. Perform the operation that is giving you trouble.
5. Click in the Transcript pane at the bottom of the window.
   
6. Press F1 key
7. Answer prompt to send in the debugging report
8. EXIT QMP.  Ignore any error message.
   
9. Send me an email so I know to go look for the report.
