Is "both" option for using mouse with usb and Bluetooth simultaneously bugged?

Is the both option for making the mouse work via usb and Bluetooth broken or is it not possible? Also is there a way to launch QMP automatically on pc startup?

It should work.  I haven't actively tested it in several years, though.  You would not do both to the same host at the same time.  It is really intended for an OR situation, you would use USB or Bluetooth, but not both at the same time.  A scenario would be a USB charger or battery used to power the Quadstick and a Bluetooth connection to the host, or a USB connection to a host, but no Bluetooth connection, without changing the configuration file.

So this wouldn't work for setting one Mouse mode to both instead of how I have Mouse set to usb and BT Mouse set to bluetooth correct? Sorry I'm a little slow from a TBI i suffered during my accident.

"Both" sends out the mouse and keyboard commands over both the USB and the Bluetooth channels at the same time.  If the bluetooth is not paired with anything, then it is no different than USB only.  If the USB cable is not plugged in a PC, for instance it is plugged into a portable battery pack, then it just a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard.  

If you have the quadstick connected to a PC over USB and a iPad or something through Bluetooth, it could get really confusing because both hosts would be receiving commands.   You would not want that.

If you have two hosts, the use separate USB and Bluetooth mouse configuration or modes.

I've been using this profile with zero hiccups for about a week and it seems to be working seamlessly switching from wired usb desktop to my bluetooth Samsung galaxy s24 phone and galaxy tab s10+ i wish i would have done this years ago as it saves so much time from switching back and forth between usb and bluetooth profiles individually.
