South Park: stick of truth Dragon shout controls

Has anyone had any luck figuring out a way to map the Dragon shout ability in stick of truth on PS4? I'm stuck in the game because I can't really figure out a way to map what it needs me to do.

Here is a guide to the controls:

1: Hold down the right stick
2: While holding the right stick down, move your left stick until the little Richter goes out of control
3: Hold your left stick at that angle for a few moments
4: Flick the right stick up

Could you map a sip/puff to the right stick up/down?

right_joy_up, normal, mp_center_puff

right_joy_down, normal, mp_center_sip

If you need a quicker switch in values:

right_joy_up, greater_than 1, mp_center_puff

right_joy_down, greater_than 1, mp_center_sip

Hold the sip, move the left stick around, then puff.
