Good afternoon,

My name is Kevin Lucas, and I’m from Brazil. I’ve had the QuadStick for about four years, and recently it started having a problem.

The controls suddenly stop working, both in games and when trying to use the computer itself. After some time, it may start working again, but the issue keeps happening.

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? Could it be related to a computer update? Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

"Stops working" is not enough of a description to allow diagnosing the problem.

I'm having trouble with CS 2; sometimes commands like shooting and crouching freeze and don't work, and I have to turn it off and on again several times. I don't know if it's my computer or some controller update. Also, I'm having a problem where the controller is pulling to the left, freezing all commands, and restarting on its own.

Are you using the Quadstick as a mouse and keyboard or a game controller in that game?  

If mouse or Intel CPU, see if these things apply:  https://dsaservice.quadstick.com/

Do not touch the quadstick while it starts up until the lights stop changing to prevent miscalibration of the center position.
