What is the max amount of these type of foot pedals you can add to the quadstick, I currently have 2 connected with a double adaptor.
I'm contemplating buying two or four more unless there's a better foot pedal setup purchasable

Your Quadstick probably has the Output jack so your options for additional inputs are to use the USB A jack as two inputs.

Other options are

I'm currently using this as a two splitter is it possible to make a four splitter and have 4 of Those pedals connected through the in Jack input (Device 1- Device 4).
Hosa YMM-261 3.5 mm TRS to Dual 3.5 mm TSF Stereo Breakout Cable

I only use my quadstick for PC

probably a stupid question but I take it there's no way to turn the out into an in jack with some kind of adaptor without sending it back.

also with ATEC Computer Interface device is it possible to change what the buttons press or is it just what's on the machine, for example enter up arrow down arrow left arrow right arrow change to wasd

The ATEC device would send those arrow codes to a PC, but we just treat them as 5 separate buttons.   You can use them for any purpose.

The OUT jack could be converted to a second IN jack, but it would need to come back here to do it.  $40 plus shipping.

This is always an option, too:  https://www.quadstick.com/special-orders/usbabreakoutcable  It converts the USB-A socket to two digital inputs.

I fixed the out-of-stock problem.  I didn't notice that the stock was 0.

It will work with Hosa YMM-261, just like the regular IN jack.

"Enable USB-A Host mode" setting in the Misc tab of the QMP must be disabled when using this adapter.

That type of pedal takes a lot of force.  Large adaptive buttons might be better:

is there any adaptor devices that can have motion for the feet probably even better if it can just be plugged into computer instead of the quad stick if possible as I'm using all four slots for pedals

There was a device called the 3D Rudder, but the company is no longer is business.  It worked with the PC or with the XBox Adaptive Controller.

The company's website is no longer active so if you found one, you would be on your own as far as support goes.

The ATEC computer device will work as a mouse using just switches:  https://www.schoolhealth.com/atec-computer-switch-interface
