configuration issue

Hello,
I am having trouble adding a spreadsheet to QuadStick. I am following the usual procedure, but when I double-click on the downloaded file (as requested at the end of the process), the file does not appear in the User Custom tab. This means I cannot drag and drop it into my profile.

The strange thing is that it used to work fine, and I haven't changed anything about how I do it.


Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

What spreadsheet?  Always include the URL for them.  No one can help you without it

I do not think it is shared.  QMP cannot download a spreadsheet that is not shared
