Not working at all?  The update prevents the PS5 from pestering you to update the firmware in the controller, but the adapter should still work if you decline the update.

On their website they are saying V1.1.2.4 should be installed on it, but they will also have some newer test versions available.

It works on Chrome and Brave, but not on Edge.  I don't know about Firefox.

Was the FGC2 working and then stopped, or was it never working?  Is this brand new to you?

The PS5 needs the PS (PS3) button to be pressed on the controller to wake up the connection.  That is usually mapped to a soft sip on the center hole on factory configurations.

The Quadstick should have the "Enable boot in PS4 USB mode" and the "Titan Two PS4 flag" settings both enabled.

You have to set the controller connection to USB only and turn off the Bluetooth in the PS5
