Quadstick wont download csv files to QS

Hello, I keep getting error when trying to download a NS profile to the quadstick. The file will be in the "User Custom Profile" but will not transfer to the QS.

I also can't update the firm wear as the QS won't connect to my computer.

If there is any advice on this matter, it would be greatly appreciated.

It is probably running the Nintendo Switch configuration as the default at power up, which does not work with a PC.  Look in the box for a piece of paper with instructions like this:

Do a long sip on the side tube, then when the leds start to flash, release the sip, move the joystick once to the left, so the lights are flashing for File number 5, then press the lip button.

The quadstick will select and run the Mouse2 configuration and allow access to the flash drive, while operating as a mouse.   Restart QMP if that is already running.

If you are using a Nintendo Switch 2, you will need a USB adapter.  Currently the Quadstick's Nintendo Switch mode is for the original Switch only.

Before making any changes to the configuration, it is a good idea to copy all the CSV files in the Quadstick to a folder on your computer in case things go haywire and you want to quickly recover.
