New user need help

can use qs on laptop but not on a Xbox series x. Have the brooke x3. Any help greatly appreciated.

If some random configuration files have been downloaded to your quadstick, the settings required for it to work with the Brook Wingman XB3 may have been overwritten.

Attached is a ZIP file containing the original files that were loaded into your quadstick when it was shipped.  Copy the "prefs.csv" and "default.csv" from the ZIP into your Quadstick's flash drive and it should start working with the XB3. 

When experimenting with your quadstick, it is a good idea to keep a back up copy of known good configuration files on your computer so you can quickly recover if things go wrong.

The default configuration CSV file is a game controller in the first four modes and has a mouse mode for the PC in mode 5.
