Left soft puff issue

Hello, I received my quad stick yesterday and everything was working great. However, right in the middle of using it I noticed My commands using the left tube would not work with a soft puff. When attempting a soft puff on the left tube no light or noise occurs but once the normal puff threshold is reached it makes a noise and color. It is only the soft puff that does not work, every other tube and function is operational.

If there's anyway I could fix this without sending it back that would be excellent.

Hi Calvin,

It is not broken.  That is the way it works.

When the soft range input is not being used in the active configuration, it will not make any sound, or flash the lights.   mp_left_puff_soft is not assigned to anything in the active configuration.

There is only one pressure sensor per hole.  There are not separate sip/puff/hard/soft sensors, it is all done in software.

All this stuff seems (and is) random and confusing in the beginning.
