Hitting 2 buttons at once and repeating a sequence of buttons really fast.

So, I'm planning on playing Farcry Primal in a few days after I finish the DLC for Assassin's Creed Syndicate (Jack the Ripper). And, looking at the controls for Farcry Primal I see that I will have to press 2 buttons at the same time, how can I do this? Because in Assassin's Creed Syndicate I just latch a button and hit another, like latch aim then press another button to shoot. But, I'm not sure that'll work in this case. Options?

On this topic how can I do a sequence of buttons quickly, like X then square repeating back and forth quickly?

You can hit multiple buttons at once.  Destiny has an example:

left_1	normal	mp_left_center_sip
right_1	normal	mp_left_center_sip

Row 37-37 on the first sheet.  There are other examples with pressing two buttons, with one slightly before the other, on that sheet.

Jeffrey (SteamyBiscuit) came up with this:

left_joy_left	repeat	mp_triple_puff
left_joy_right	repeat 15	mp_triple_puff

It wiggles the joystick back and forth 5 times per second (the difference between the repeat 15 and repeat 10, the default repeat rate.  You could use that with X and Square.

Thank you so much Fred!! There's this DLC train mission on Assassin's Creed Syndicate and it wants you to do 2 buttons really fast, I might be able to get past the mission now!!

Hey Jeff. Would you mind sharing your configuration? I just started playing and can't figure out how to jump down because you need to do right trigger + left stick + b

Fred  does left_1 mean left 1 time? Or do you put _ with numbers when you have multiple combinations for the same button?

left_1 is the Playstation name of the button above the trigger on the left side, or in xbox it is called left_bumper.  left_2 is the left_trigger.  left_3 is the switch in the base of the left analog joystick left_stick.

In your example, right trigger + left stick + b, in xbox output names you could do something like (picking an input at random):

right_trigger normal mp_center_puff_soft

left_stick    normal mp_center_puff_soft

B             normal mp_center_puff_soft
