I recently was loaned a Quadstick from a charity here in the UK and I love it. It's totally changed my life. I got my carers to clean it for the first time and now it is no longer working (erratic sip/puff detection).

The cleaning instructions I got from the charity showed the tubes detached along with the filters so I thought that part also needed to be cleaned but it seems we have broken them because the Quadstick detects inputs perfectly without the filters now. The charity has offered to send some replacement filters but it will take a few days. I was wondering if these ones from Amazon would be good enough as I could have them tomorrow - https://amzn.eu/d/6Thhioj

Thanks,

Alex

Those filters should work just fine.  13mm diameter and PTFE.

Make sure all the connections are snug, so they don't leak air, and no water is in the tubing or mouthpiece.

Awesome. Thanks for replying so quickly. I will get those.

Hopefully this thread will pop up in the future for someone else looking for cleaning info and they won't make the same mistake I did 😅
