Probably a dirty mouthpiece or water in the tubing.

Particularly, when I'm doing a Combination of middle  and left or middle and right sip or puff, the right or left will trigger but it doesn't read the middle, Especially the soft input. Is this a hardware problem? Do I just need to leave it off for a little while or has anyone else had this issue?
