Center tube and change profile.

My name in Dominik. Can you tell me how can I change profile on the center tube? Not on the white pipe on the right. It's very important for me. Is it possible?

Here is a console game example:  Fortnite PS4

Here is a PC game example:  RockyNoHands PUBG PC

In both the center sip increments the mode:

increment_mode

normal

mp_center_sip

and the side tube is used for other things, like latching forward movement.
