Hello fred, i'm sending my second QS for repair and i was wondering if upgrading the QS was free or do you charge more for upgrading it, wanted to know before i send it in

how long did it take to get the qs back, so i just buy the repair and upgrade together and message fred about the two purchase like he says when you send the qs in for repair?

There is no need to by a "repair" when upgrading.  

It would take about a week after it gets here.   It varies depending on what is going on.

Hello, i'm sorry about this but apparently ups decided to drop my package at an access point instead of the address i specified i just called and they said there's nothing they do about it 

here's the address location it's five minutes away, i should i do?

Hello fred was the package delivered to your address from the access point or did you pick it up just wanted to know because i just checked the tracking number and it said it was delivered i was just curious about it?

You sent it requiring an adult signature.  I wasn't going to be home any time during the week during their normal delivery times.  It had to be diverted to the local UPS store or it was going to be returned to you.

There is no need to require a signature when sending me packages.  They have a safe place to put them.

any idea how that could happened because i didn't put any pressure on it that could break it like that?

It might have gotten dropped or bumped.  The plastic bracket was literally broken.  The circuit board was OK, which is the important part.
