What does the USB column do for the following N,S,W,E in the example below? I'm not understanding what the N,S,W,E do on the controller.

dpad_NnormalNWeapon Cross Up
dpad_NEnormalNE
dpad_EnormalEWeapon Cross Right
dpad_SEnormalSE
dpad_SnormalSWeapon Cross Down
dpad_SWnormalSW
dpad_WnormalWWeapon Cross Left

Can I achieve the same thing with the following so I don't have to switch to another sheet.

dpad_Ngreater_than 50upWeapon Cross Up
dpad_NEnormalNE
dpad_Egreater_than 50rightWeapon Cross Right
dpad_SEnormalSE
dpad_Sgreater_than 50downWeapon Cross Down
dpad_SWnormalSW
dpad_Wgreater_than 50leftWeapon Cross Left

Yes, you can use greater_than instead of N(orth), etc.

The details of the cardinal and ordinal directional inputs is in here:  https://quadstick.s3.amazonaws.com/documents/user_manual/um/joystick.htm

Most games that use d-pad outputs only use four directions, but some use eight so you need a way to isolate those diagonal directions and not trigger the up/down/left/right directions.

The "channel" selection directs the outputs to either the USB, Bluetooth, or both, connections.  https://quadstick.s3.amazonaws.com/documents/user_manual/um/usb_bluetooth_channel_selection.htm
