Does anyone know how to create a single spreadsheet tab to use left and right stick rather than having to switch between profiles during a game

Hello everyone I recently saw a video from the Arizona Institute of technology that talks about being able to use one spreadsheet tab for the left and right stick specifically when playing sports games. The problem is he doesn't go into pacific detail on how to do this. I have a PlayStation 5 and for simplicity sake I would like to be able to use just one tab while playing games like college football 26 Ed Madden 26 just for example. Does anyone have any advice on how that should be done?
