Driving steering not working in profile

Fred,/Anyone,driving steering/ left & right
In both of my profiles I have a driving sheet to steer the left joystick to turn left & right function. Nothing is programmed for the right joystick but when i try to drive/steer left & right the right joystick/camera is turned on. So the camera is turning left & right but it's not programmed or the sale is empty on the profile sheet. Can you explain why this is happening?
