The key position malfunctions and cannot be used. This process does not fail all at once, but gradually becomes unusable within a week. When the machine is turned on, the indicator lights are displayed normally, but it cannot be used. After I opened it, I found that the hardware inside was not damaged. What's going on?IMG_20250821_094945.jpg

Try the other mouthpiece.  Sounds like the mouthpiece or tubing is clogged.

Watch what the lights do relative to the sips and puffs.  If there is a delay in the response of the light, either turning on or turning off, there is probably some dirt or water in the mouthpiece or tubes.

With the mouthpiece disconnected from the quadstick, you should be able to freely blow air through the holes of the mouthpiece.

There is not going to be anything inside that you would be able to fix.

Another thing that can cause a slowly changing behavior is if the supply voltage is not steady.  The air pressure sensors will be sensitive to any changes in the supply voltage.

Thank you very much for answering my question. I checked the question you mentioned. The pipes are all clean. In the end, I feel that there is only a problem inside the black square. Can the red circle be opened? Also, I also checked the voltage and found no problem. In the picture below, when not in use, its second indicator light is also on, as if the system is chaoticIMG_20250821_094945(1).jpgIMG_20250825_145627.jpg

That is the purple mode light.  There will always be one or more mode lights on.   That light is showing the quadstick is in mode 2.  The modes are controlled by default by the side tube.

What do the lights do when you sip and puff?  That is important question.  If you cannot figure it out, it will need to be returned for repair.

Opening those sensors will destroy them.  There is nothing inside that you can repair.
