QS stopped responding ttwoo neww 007 game At the ccatching thhe plane checkpoint

I have been playing 007 and doing quite well until after the car chase and dropping into the tunnel to catch the plane. The moment I drop into the tunnel the quad stick stops working and my character cannot proceed and stick does not respond in any way but when switched over to a regular controller my friend is able to advance. What do I need to do to fix this? Has anyone else experienced this problem when playing the new 007 on Xbox?
