pop up when open QMP

Hello
I got a new laptop today and first thing I did was install QMP+VIGEM+HID. Every time I opened QMP, I got this pop up

It's vigem doing this .

I have now shared ms-gamebar-annoyance.bat

can copy paste it in powershell or download / save as .bat and run
it will show a dialog prompt, Yes = apply fix, No = restore
then ask for admin rights if not already on a Terminal (Admin)
it even puts the annoyance to the test
