Have been using https://gamepadviewer.net to test a few profiles and was getting some weird outputs.
So decided to test with an original unedited Default Configuration Xbox (locked) from the Quadstick factory game profile section of the QSM.
Yes, it's throwing out some weird outputs Lip button outputs to B rather than A  Centre Puff outputs to X button Centre Sup, to the A button. Lots do work Left stick triggers, bumpers.
Can someone possibly confirm it's the gamepad viewer program that's broken and not the quadstick?
Also what else can I use to test outputs on? Have tried gamepad-tester.com
but I don't know which buttons BO B1 B2 B3 B4 B5........ represent/correspond too

I've noticed that too.  I think it is an issue with the way Windows handles older "Direct Input" controllers vs newer Xinput controllers.

Emulation modes 0 and 4 emulate PS3/PS4 *compatible* controllers that are not handled well on Windows but works on their respective consoles.
Emulation mode 3 is a straight XBox 360 controller emulation and it will show up OK on that site.
Emulation mode 1 (Dual Shock 3) also shows up OK.

If you are using a program like X360CE, you can map the buttons any way you would like.
