Hello QuadStick Support Team,
My name is Rafa Botella, and I am writing from Spain. I currently own two QuadStick units, but unfortunately both of them need to be repaired.
The first QuadStick has two sip-and-puff inputs that no longer respond when I blow into them. They do not trigger any action.
The second QuadStick has a problem with the lateral sip-and-puff tube or mouthpiece that comes out from the side of the unit. It became detached from the QuadStick and has been lost, so I no longer have that part.
Could you please explain how I should proceed to send both QuadStick units to you for inspection and repair?
I would also appreciate information about:
The shipping address and any specific shipping instructions.
Whether you need the serial numbers, photographs, or any additional information before I send them.
An estimated repair cost, if possible.
The approximate repair time.
Any recommendations regarding customs documentation for shipping the units from Spain to the United States.
These devices are very important to me because they allow me to play video games despite my tetraplegia, so I would be very grateful for your help.

could be a power issue If it's constantly powering up on boot. Try a
different cable Sometimes they wear out. are you on console and or on PC
