build number says none is that bad?

it's meant to be used to play on pc, but we changed it to Besavior. Brand new Besavior, we tested all the buttons, everything worked, so we connected everything properly. His device boots on but doesn't work when he sips softly into the center of mouth p. and this made me check my remote and find a difference. Only thing different is his build number and it won't let him download the firmware. what should he do?

None means the quadstick's flash drive was not visible when QMP started. There could be many different reasons for that.

Restart everything and try again. Why does a new firmware need to be downloaded?

What has any Besavior product to do with playing on the PC? All the Beloader/Besavior products are specific to the PS5.
