Grand rising all,
I’ve been having issues with my UP output. It started a little over a week ago. I have it set up to press the right stick when UP is greater than 45. However, it no longer goes up at all until it’s hit that 45 threshold. It then gets stuck in the up output. The only way to make it stop constantly going up is to go DOWN. Doing that sometimes in turn causes it to get stuck in the DOWN output while other times it will just stop the UP output.
I’ve adjusted the dead zone, adjusted the joystick movement sliders both together and individually, tried 3 different firmware options, updated my computer, checked for the DSAService thing, ensured USB suspend was not on, tried a new cable, and even tried 3 separate PS to XBOX adapters.
I don’t think it’s my spreadsheet because I’ve been using the same one for years, but I can send that if you’d like. I sent in a report via QMP.
Thank you in advance!

Sounds like some kind hardware problem.  If the configuration wasn't changed and it started doing it, on one axis, I'd guess a wiring or hall effect sensor problem.

Hey Fred,

That's what I was afraid of. I'll wait to hear back on the QMP report then.

Thanks!

I think you will need to send it in.  The settings look fine.

Grand rising,

So I received my quadstick in the mail yesterday. I’m using today and I’m wondering how do I stop the lip button from sliding all the way back when I push it? It’s sliding too far back to use.

Never mind, I see the knob on the side. Thank you in advance
