I just finished Sword of the sea just using the default configuration. I’m trying to create a spreadsheet for Elite Sniper 5. When I tried playing the game most  controls didn’t work. I went back to the spreadsheet and  most cells in column D have a red arrow and a message that says invalid. I’ll add an attachment.

The spreadsheets follow a set of rules.  They are not free-form, each cell or row or column has certain meanings and restrictions.

Column D is reserved, along with all columns up to J.  Columns K and beyond can be used for random comments, columns before that cannot contain text that is not in one of the "validation" lists, like outputs, inputs, function names.  The red arrow and message are the spreadsheet trying to indicate an error condition.

The spreadsheet code and the quadstick try to protect the quadstick from bad data in these locations, which is why you sometimes see working configurations with content in those cells, but that is just luck.

The touchpad has attributes of both a button and a joystick.  Most of the time it is used just as another button, but it can be used in other ways.

Here is a config that shows using a touchpad:  PS4 with TouchPad

So do I have to create a different sheet for touch, right analog and mixed analog?

A typical configuration file consists of multiple mode sheets.

Look at configuration files made by other people.  Watch the tutorial videos:  https://newtutorials.quadstick.com

If you are going to make your own config, start with something close to it made by someone else, then modify it.
