How do I go about replacing my broken lip button?

My lip button came off like that a couple years ago. If the piece that is still on the quadstick is okay, not broken and the button is functioning okay you can super glue the button back on like it was before. This is what I did and it's been fine since. I would wait at least 30 min before pushing on the button on the quadstick.
