Hello, good evening! I'd like to reset my quadstick settings, as it's giving me errors in my mouse settings.

New FPS Quadsticks are shipped with the CSV files inside the attached ZIP file.

To restore a Quadstick to "factory" settings, copy the CSV files from inside the ZIP file into the Quadstick's flash drive using Windows File Explorer.

It is a good idea to occasionally back up the CSV files in your Quadstick to a folder on your PC so you can recover quickly from a configuration error.

If you are suddenly experiencing problems with the Quadstick, and you have not made recent configuration changes, check the mouthpiece and tubing connections from the mouthpiece to the Luer fittings for any obstruction or misconnection. Clogged mouthpieces, or water in the tubing, can prevent the correct operation of the Quadstick.
