You would then need to reinstall configuration CSV files since it will be completely empty and running a fall-back PS3 controller plus mouse (in mode 5) configuration.
I have attached a ZIP file containing the standard set of configuration files that were in your quadstick when it was shipped.
Download and open the attached zip file and then copy the CSV files in it over to the Quadstick's flash drive. After they are copied over, it will automatically read the new default and prefs files after a few seconds and should start working as a mouse.
In the future and you want to experiment with CSV files that might cause trouble, keep a backup copy of the known good CSV files in a folder on your PC so you can recover from having to nuke the configuration files from orbit.
