Your comment needed by Dec 23rd: MoDOT plan will influence billions in spending

MoDOT's newly released Long Range Plan will determine how billions of dollars of transportation money is spent over the next ten years.  It's the first in history to fully endorse biking, walking, trails, and transit--and MoDOT needs to hear from people like you who support this dramatic new direction:

Comments are due Monday, December 23rd.

The link above has information about the plan, suggested areas for comment, a link to details about the plan, and information about how to submit a comment.

There are many, many details in the plan and although MoDOT's overall direction is dramatically different for biking, walking, and trails than it was the last time they released a long range plan, there are still many, many details that could be improved.

Your comments--both in support of MoDOT's overall change in direction and to help them improve the details--have the chance to really make an impact this time around.
