Having a hard time making a server run the '113 rules'. This is what
im using

-dedicated
-113
-survivor
-public
-endfrags 15

That should make it, or?

I don't see anything wrong with this other than using the -113 option at
all. That option should never have been created and is going away soon.

Please let me know what it is you guys like about it and I'll try to
incorporate that in the set of rules that will be implemented when the
option is taken away. Hopefully we'll end up with something that makes
everyone happy.

The thing about the -113 options is that you can be alot better if
praticing in the 113 way. Nowadays the send is the way you builded it,
with 113 the sends get all over. So you need to better to stack down
the resends. And the scoring system and the bpm is funnier when
playing 1on1

Im a bit dumb, but if i put that -113 it should work and the gameplay
should be 1.1.3?

As far as I know, yes. However we have found quite a few bugs related to
this option so I wouldn't be surprised if something went wrong. Again, the
option will be removed soon so I wouldn't bother with it anyway.

I posted this before in the "a few links" topic:

"The -113 option is very useful. Previously, we thought that the 1.1.3
scoring system was completely removed starting with version 1.1.4. So
we all played with version 1.1.3 to try to set single player records
because 1.1.3 gives points for placing blocks. Hence, no one is using
instant drop in the Global Top 5. But now.... there's no reason to use
1.1.3 anymore when we can just use the -113 option. :) "

In brief, the scoring system from 1.1.3 is preferred for setting high
scores in single player.

What's different in 1vs1? The way the "garbage" lines are sent? I like
the non-random garbage, myself, it encourages nifty plays and
penalizes the easy ones. ;-)
