I almost got a new rec this morning
2.8M on level 52 =/ new rec on the level at least but not score
i cannot upload this file though, quadra crashes each and every time.
and if i put it in the 1.2.0 folder... i guess it doesn't work the
same.. nothing is saved in there as far as single recordings..

i think some people would like to watch me choke 100k from a rec =D

Hmm, it's supposed to work the same? I supposed you saved the file
aside, right? Play a bit with 1.2.0 and let yourself die, just so that
it creates a record file, then you can replace the top one with your
file, that should work?

You didn't make the record with 1.2.0? ;-)

the files from single player games on 1.2.0 are not stored in the
quadra folder? =/
i played a few more single games and can't find the recordings
anywhere, but the top 5 are saved when you open the application.

Ugh, that's on Windows, right? I think it's moved to whatever is the
"appropriate place" on a modern Windows (which is NOT the application
folder! think of systems where the user is not administrator, you
don't want peons writing to application folders now, don't you?)...
Document And Settings? On Mac OS X, I'd say "~/Library/Application
Support", on Linux, somewhere matching "~/.quadra*"...

Indeed. See \Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Roaming\Quadra\
on XP, or \Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Quadra on Vista.

answering my owns questions here...
I figured out how to place the local0.rec in that folder, but it
doesn't show up now when 1.2.0 is open

Did you notice that newer versions use the ".qrec" extension?

I managed to reproduce it. Could you file an issue
(http://code.google.com/p/quadra/issues/entry), so we can track this
for the release? Thanks!
